Fellowship '26 is engineered for early-stage student founders ready to turn raw vision into validated products. Over eight weeks in Delhi NCR, you receive hands-on operator advisory, technical masterclasses, and weekly teardowns from founders who've scaled from 0 to 1 β plus active assistance recruiting co-founders, full-stack engineers, and product designers from our collegiate chapters.
Fee Structure & Logistics
Program Fee
The βΉ1.5 Lakh program fee is completely waived for all 20 admitted founders via ecosystem grants. Zero tuition, zero equity taken, zero hidden costs.
Application Fee
Charged exclusively to attract serious, high-conviction builders and fund detailed pitch reviews by operator panels β never a hidden tuition cost.
In-Person Delhi NCR Hubs
This is an offline sprint. You must be available in person in Delhi NCR across the eight weeks. Build labs run at our 25-seater Workshop Hub in Delhi, and Saturday cohort teardowns occur at WeWork Delhi NCR. (Non-residential: accommodation is self-managed, though the Council assists out-of-town founders with vetted housing options).

The 8-Week Build: Zero to One
Orientation kicks off on Monday, Oct 19. Every subsequent week follows our structured rhythm: two build-focused weekday sessions, followed by a Saturday leader masterclass, closed-door AMA, and teardown sprint.

How Founders Get Selected
A rigorous 5-stage evaluation focused on raw builder capability, speed of thought, and clarity of vision.
Application
Sept 1β30. Submit your product concept, background, and vision. No team or traction required.
Pitch Screening
Oct 1β5. Initial screening evaluating market sizing, problem sharpness, and execution velocity.
Operator Interviews
Oct 6β12. 1-on-1 panel interviews and live problem-solving sessions with startup operators.
Final Selection
Oct 15. The 20 accepted founders receive formal offer letters and cohort onboarding packages.
Cohort Kick-off
Oct 19. Cohort commences β orientation, cloud credit allocations, and peer founder mixers.
