The information we collect is used to:

• Evaluate project applications for the Fellowship cohort.
• Log registration inputs and manage records in our Supabase databases.
• Contact you via Email or WhatsApp/SMS regarding your application status, interview schedules, and program updates.
• Assess requests for financial support or residency scholarships.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Payments

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share information with:

- **Razorpay**: Fellowship application payments are processed through Razorpay's secure checkout. When you pay, you are redirected to Razorpay, which collects your transaction details, contact inputs, and payment mode data according to its own privacy protocols.

- **Supabase**: Your form submissions are saved securely on cloud servers managed by Supabase.

4. Security & Data Retention

We implement industry-standard database rules and access keys to keep your records safe from unauthorized access. We retain registration records for as long as necessary to administer our network databases, alumni indexes, and communication campaigns, unless deletion is requested.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses basic analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to track page views, bounce rates, and browser regions. We do not track you across other websites or deploy profiling scripts.
