We collect personal information directly when you register for a chapter or apply for the Launchpad Accelerator. This includes your name, email address, WhatsApp telephone number, college affiliation, academic major, year of study, and startup project concepts.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to:

• Review and process your accelerator application and provide individualized written feedback.
• Coordinate campus chapter build nights and match co-founder candidates.
• Facilitate direct intros to vetted angel investors (with your explicit consent).

We never sell your personal data to external advertisers, recruiters, or data brokers.

4. Payment Processing Details

All payment transactions (for Launchpad application fees) are securely processed by authorized third-party payment aggregators and UPI providers. TFC Innovations Pvt. Ltd. does not store or process sensitive payment credentials, such as credit/debit card numbers or UPI MPINs. Transaction identifiers and reference numbers are retained solely for invoice generation and customer support.

5. Data Storage & Security

All applicant data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption and stored securely in dedicated cloud infrastructure with row-level security. Access to unredacted startup applications is restricted strictly to the founding team and assigned mentors.

6. Your Data Rights

You have the right to request a full copy of the data we hold regarding your profile or request complete deletion of your records from our systems at any time by emailing us at support@thefuturecouncil.in.
